Eugene
Cooper
Ted Eugene Cooper, born October 25, 1967 to Billy “Butch” and Vagene (Bellows) Cooper in North Platte, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 13. Ted''s greatest accomplishment was starting Heartland Construction in 2002. He had great passion for his work. He loved to fish most of all, but also loved boating, camping and sports. Ted will be remembered most of all for his love and devotion to his wife and children. He took great pride in being a family man, known to his children as “the best dad ever.” Ted is survived by his loving wife Debra, five sons Jay, Jaryn, Brandon, Brett and Garrett Cooper; grandson Jordan Cooper; sister LeeAnn (Roy Shirley) Skinner; brothers Troy (Bobbie), Travis and Nick; mother Vagene Edgington,; father and step mother Billy “Butch” and Joan Cooper; step sister Sara (Morgan Maaske) Schultz; step brothers Josh (Kendra) Schultz, Adam (Laura) Schultz; and several nieces and nephews. Ted was preceded in death by his grandparents Gene and Vada Bellows, George and Fern Cooper, brother Tracy Biggers, step brother Joe Schultz, and infant son Garrett Wayne Cooper. A memorial has been established in Ted''s name and online condolences may be made at www.adamsswanson.com. Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 19 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home Chapel with a luncheon following at the V.F.W. Adams and Swanson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Cremation followed the funeral services.
