• Prairie Arts Center (416 S. Jeffers) - Impact Nebraska Touring exhibit - thru July. Open 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Tues.-Sat.

• NP Art & Gift Gallery (516 N. Dewey) – Beguiling Blossoms Art Show. Hours: 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Tues.-Sat.

• Cody Park concessions & rides (1601 N. Jeffers) - 11 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Rodeo Rd) – The County Fair is July 26-31. Live music, demolition derby and tractor pull, plus 4-H & family fun.

• Buffalo Bill Ranch State Historical Park — Guided tours, Saturdays and Sundays. 9–5 of the house, barn and grounds. Call (308) 535-8035 to make arrangements.

 Friday, July 28

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Rodeo Rd.) – Fair continues. Playground, petting zoo, zip line, slick pig contest, kids pedal tractor pull, ranch rodeo. Live music by Southern Fryed, 9-midnight (after ranch rodeo)

• Centennial Park (Francis St. between Oak & McDonald) – Movie at dusk - Top Gun. No charge. Bad weather site is the Rec Center.

• Another Round Sports Bar and Grill (1008 W. 18th) -- Live music by singer-songwriter Jack Bentley -- traditional country. 9 p.m.

Saturday, July 29

• Platte River Mall (1000 S. Dewey) - Farmer’s Market, west parking lot. 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

• Sculley’s Shooters (2221 E 4th St) – Fundraiser for Ryan MacDonald, contender UFC series. Dinner, silent auction, party. 6 p.m.

Sunday, July 30

• Another Round Sports Bar & Grill (1008 W. 18th St.) - Hailshot, DITP, & Hallowed Oath Metal concert. No charge. Head bang rock with some great bands, all ages, 9 p.m.

Monday, July. 31

• Bill Wood Field, Armory Park - NP Bandits vs. NP First Nationals Slow Pitch softball fundrasier. 6:30 p.m., $5.

• Platte River Mall (1000 S. Dewey) - Farmer’s Market, west parking lot 3-6 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

• Platte River Mall (1000 S. Dewey) - Farmer’s Market, west parking lot 3-6 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 2

• 21 Dance Club, Senior Center (900 E. 10th) – Dance to Ray Mullen, 7-9:30 p.m. Open to public. Bring finger food, $5.
• VFW (2100 E 4th) - Bingo 6:45 p.m.

Thursday, Aug 3

• Platte River Mall (1000 S. Dewey) - Farmer’s Market, west parking lot 3-6 p.m.

• Fort Cody Trading Post (I-80 & US 83 junction) – Rockabilly music by The Time Burners. $5. Guitar phenomon Jack Bunger of North Platte opens the show. 6-9 p.m.
