At around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, police went to a home in the 900 block of E. 15th and arrested Catrina Lopez, 32. Lopez was wanted for possession of a controlled substance, police said.
The police did not provide more information at this time.
Lopez was previously arrested Nov. 20, after long-awaited lab test results showed a syringe that allegedly belonged to her did contain meth residue.
Police found the syringe in April 2013 while searching a room at the Blue Spruce Motel.
Lopez was arrested in November in the 200 block of S. Cottonwood and charged with possession. She was taken to jail at that time but was only processed and released.
This time, she remained in jail Thursday. Her bond had not been set as of Thursday afternoon, according to sheriff’s records.
