About 90 people enjoyed Rascal and Levi Most performances Thursday evening at the Ft. Cody Trading Post.

Levi Most opened the show at 6 p.m. He sang and played electric guitar, backed by Kyle MacDonald on electric bass and Sergio Garcia on drums. They played rock music from the 70s and 80s along with some original tunes.

Most has played guitar for about 9 years and led several bands, including the Skeptics. MacDonald has been a musician for 17 years and Garcia for 19 years.

The headline act, Rascal Martinez, sang and played  50s and 60s classic rock as well as some original music. Rascal played acoustic guitar and electric piano. Rob Martinson on bass and Shelbi Burke on vocals provided backup. Rascal presented an upbeat show and got the audience involved, clapping and singing along. Several couples danced.

Next Thursday Jami Lynn and Dylan James will perform, playing folk and bluegrass music.

Ft. Cody outdoor concerts are held from 6-9 p.m. every Thursday during the summer, featuring traveling entertainers as well as local acts. The fort is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of U.S. Highway 83 and I-80.
