• Sculley’s Shooters - Live music by the DJ Bridwell Band.  9-1.

• A to Z Books – Open Mic Nite, 7-10 p.m. Performances by veterans and newcomers alike. Refreshments. Freewill donation.

• Farmers Market (Parkade Plaza parking lot) - Fresh produce, crafters, a coffee bar, music. 7:30 a.m.  

• The Big Red Express - Arrive: 5:20 p.m. - North Platte – Bailey Yard. Event held in the parking lot of the Gold Spike Tower and Visitor Center, 1249 N Homestead Rd. 5:30 p.m.–6:45 p.m.

• Sculley’s Shooters - Music by the DJ Bridwell Band.  9-1.

• Lincoln County Historical Museum - Municipal Band concert. 8 p.m. Free.

• Maria Lutheran Church/Hershey Ball Park (521 Lincoln Ave., Hershey) - Fireworks display, potluck dinner. 7-10:30 p.m.

• American Legion in Ogallala- Dance to live music by Ray Mullen. 2-5 p.m. Free will donation.


Tuesday-Sunday, July 1-6

• St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (3301 Echo Dr.) - The Shroud of Turin exhibit. 4-8 p.m. July 1-3; 9 a.m.-8 p.m. July 4; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. July 5; 11 a.m.-4 p.m. July 6. Free exhibit.

• Sutherland - Fourth of July celebration. Kids games, frog races, parade, BBQ and rodeo. Rodeo admission $8.
