Benefit set for Baby Kohen WrightTell North Platte what you think

A benefit will be held May 4 for Kohen Wright, age six months, who was born with neuroblastoma, a cancer that develops from immature nerve cells.

Kohen is the son of Katie and Lance Wright of North Platte. He has undergone two rounds of chemotherapy.

Big Al Raby of Lexington will perform as part of the benefit, which will be held at the D&N Event Center, 501 E. Walker Road, from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, May 4. 

Many silent auction items have been donated, including a "Heaven is for Real" picture frame, a $50 gift certificate at Bailey's restaurant, a half-day of fly fishing with Rick Windham, one month membership at the North Platte Recreation Center, haircuts, gift baskets, bowling tickets, gift cards, outdoor items and much more.
