Two vehicles collided late Monday morning at the four-way intersection of A Street and Buffalo Bill Ave.

Police said Jordan Warner-Kinnersley, 23, was eastbound on A St. in a 1986 Nissan 720 pickup around at 11:16 a.m.

Ronald Books, 67, was southbound on Buffalo Bill Ave. in a 2007 GMC Yukon.

Investigators said both vehicles stopped at the stop signs at the intersection, but then entered the intersection and collided. No explanation was given.

No one was injured.

Warner-Kinnersley's Nissan hit the front of Book's Yukon, according to the report. Warner-Kinnersley was not wearing a seat belt, but Books was wearing his.

The Yukon sustained an estimated $2,500 in damages. Warner-Kinnersley's Nissan suffered an estimated $1,200 in damages.

No citations were issued.

Books is a candidate for Lincoln County Commissioner.
