LincUP to consider county developmentTell North Platte what you think

Future planning, growth and development in Lincoln County will be the topic at the March 24 meeting of LincUP (Lincoln County - UPRR Community Advisory Panel).

A panel of community leaders will speak -- North Platte City Administrator Jim Hawks, CEO Greg Nielsen of Great Plains Regional Medical Center and President Dan Mauk of the North Platte Chamber and Development Corporation.

The meeting begins at 5:15 p.m. in Room 204 of the north campus of North Platte Community College and is open to the public with a public comment period from 5:15-5:25 p.m.

The panel of leaders will speak at 5:40 p.m. for about an hour.

LincUP (Lincoln County - UPRR Community Advisory Panel) is a volunteer panel of community members and railroad representatives, which meets monthly to explore health, safety and environmental issues involving the railroad.
