Ryan Walsh, 31, failed to make his scheduled appearance Monday for sentencing in the burglary of Kohler’s Trailer Sales in May 2013.

Defense attorney Russ Jones said his whereabouts are unknown.

Walsh is charged in the burglary of Kohler’s Trailer Sales in May 2013, as well as possession of drugs with intent to deliver.

Judge Donald Rowlands issued a bench warrant for his arrest for failure to appear. Court records state that he entered in-patient treatment in January but then checked out without permission.

Members of a law enforcement drug task force, including sheriff's deputies, served a search warrant in June at lot 7A of the Patriot Trailer Park on East Phillip and found Walsh at home inside, along with “numerous items of evidence…as well as multiple different kinds of narcotics,” a sheriff’s statement said.

Walsh bonded out jail about two weeks later, coming up with the required 10 percent of $100,000.

He was one of several men arrested last summer in connection to burglaries and drug distribution.
