Carpenter’s Tools International, a music-touring group, will entertain and minister in the North Platte area Jan. 11-12, organizer Joe Sukraw announced Monday.

The group has traveled to more than 50 countries in the past 30 years performing in colleges, schools, prisons, churches and other places.

They will perform at:

• 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11 at the Harvest Christian Fellowship Coffee house church at the northwest campus, 2607 Rodeo Road.

• 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 12 at Parkview Community Church of the Nazarene, 1802 N. Jeffers.

• 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 12 they will play a community concert at Stapleton School.

• 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13 at Youth For Christ ministry center, 100 Bicentennial, North Platte. Members will hang out with teens at the campus life meeting.

CTI presents a program of contemporary worship, along with drama, testimonies and stories of overseas ministry, challenging others to awareness and involvement in missions.

Interested musicians age 16 and older will have the opportunity to audition for summer travelling teams and mission work, or for CTI groups with a longer commitment.
