Cassandra Fuoss was picked up on a warrant Friday for failure to appear, and she earned a felony drug charge too. Back on Aug. 29, police contacted Fuoss about a disturbance in the 2600 block of W. Fifth. At the time, her bag was searched, and syringes and other items were found. The syringes were sent to a lab and the test results recently came back positive for methamphetamine.
Consequently, Fuoss was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, plus her failure to appear at court.
