Deputies found a drunken man Friday, camping out for the night in a car at a house near Hershey.

Around 6:37 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to a disturbance on Link 56 C, just south of Hershey.

On- and off-duty deputies met with a home owner who caught a man inside his vehicle.

It did not appear that Eugene E. Spaur, 56, was stealing anything, just camping out for the night in the vehicle. But, Spaur was intoxicated and belligerent with the home owner and deputies.

He was arrested and taken to the Lincoln County Jail, charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace, according to the Lincoln County sheriff's office.
