New donut shop, first floor

A new Dunkiní Donuts at the I-80 interchange in North Platte opened Wednesday morning at 5 a.m.

The restaurant, owned by Laura Sedlacek and Dan Keenan of North Platte. The Keenan family owned and operated Keenan Beverages in North Platte for nearly 100 years and currently own the Hampton Inn in North Platte as well as other businesses near I-80.

Sedlacek brings more than 30 years of food service experience to Dunkiní Donuts, having most recently worked as a manager of Runza Restaurant in North Platte.

The new donut shoppe will be open from 5 a.m.Ė10 p.m. 7 days a week. It has a drive-thru window, digital menu boards and booth seating inside.

Keenan's corporate offices have moved to the second floor of the building.
