Auction to help storm-stricken ranchersTell North Platte what you think

A rollover cattle auction will be held Nov. 21 to help western Nebraska ranchers who suffered losses from the October Blizzard.

The auction will be held at the Shamrock Livestock Market in O'Neill. It starts at noon.

One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit producers, organizers said. The United Methodist ROPE Hope Parish is donating a bred heifer for the auction.

If you are unable to attend, donations may be dropped off at Shamrock Livestock Market, 49313 Salebarn Road, in O'Neill, or mailed to the Cattlemen's Relief Fund, P.O. Box 1125, Chadron, NE 19227.

For information or questions, call Richard Schrunk (402) 340-1222 or John Dickerson (402) 340-5218.
