VB: Hershey falls at ImperialTell North Platte what you think

IMPERIAL-After winning the SPVA championship on Saturday, the Hershey volleyball team lost on Tuesday in four sets to Imperial, the team it beat in the conference tournament semifinals.

With the injury to Maegan Hiatt, Hershey coach Amy Beyer said that it was still a good effort by her team.

"I am proud of our kids," she said. "We played a few kids in different spots who have not seen the floor much, if any this season. We still competed and we did not just fold. The week off will help us mentally, physically and emotionally."

The Lady Panthers won the first set 27-25. But Imperial swept the next three by scores of 25-15, 25-23, 25-15.

Maddie Seamann led Hershey (20-4) with 13 kills in the loss and Shawnie Swedberg had a team-high 20 set assists.
