If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. A 2-3 year old black lab (possibly mixed) ran away Saturday night from her home on the east side of North Platte.

She's been seen since then in the neighborhood but she runs when approached by her owners, who recently adopted her from the North Platte Animal Shelter.

The dog's name is Cora. She weighs around 50 pounds and is wearing a purple collar with a blue rabies vaccination tag and a yellow "HomeAgain" tag.

Cora was last seen Monday in the 900 block of East Ninth and the 1000 block of East 10th, dragging a red leash.

If you find her, call the Bulletin at 696-0052, email george@northplattebulletin.com or send Tengo Hambre Milktender a message on facebook.
