Mindi C. Kelley
A North Platte woman was jailed Saturday after she allegedly confronted her domestic partner with a handgun.
The ruckus began Friday night at a North Platte bar.
Shortly after midnight, police went to the 2700 block of West A, following a report of a domestic disturbance earlier at Brothers Tavern.
A 29-year-old man said he and his domestic partner, Mindi Kelley, 34, had an argument at Brothers and she left on foot. But she returned later, confronted him and scratched, bit and hit him, he said.
When the man decided to leave the bar, he said Kelley confronted him outside with a handgun and threatened to kill him.
Police found Kelley and determined that there was probable cause to charge her with third degree domestic assault, terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Her bond is set at $50,000.
