• McKinley Education Center (301 West F) -- Opening reception, Art Exhibition from the Sheldon Museum, 5-7 p.m. "Picturing Nebraska." No charge. Exhibition continues from 9-5 on Mon-Fri from Sept. 30-Oct. 29.

• North Platte Area Children's Museum (314 N. Jeffers) - Movie night presenting "Meet the Robinsons." 6:30 p.m. Free for members. Regular admission for non-members.

• Sculley's Shooters (2221 E. Fourth) - Live country music featuring Bleu Edmondson. Starts 9 p.m. Cover charge.

• Depot Restaurant (520 No. Jeffers) – Business and professional women Wine and Brews Festival. Featuring a variety of wines, micro brews and hors d'oeuvres. 5-8 p.m. $25.

• Autumn Park Community Room (800 E. Philip) – Fall into Winter craft bazaar. Crafts, hand sewn items, artworks. Free will donation lunch served. 4th annual.
