On Saturday Sept. 21, six students from the No Limits program participated in the Mid-Platte Valley Taekwondo Tournament in Cozad.
All six did well and earned respectable places in their divisions, instructor Roger Freeze said.
Freeze is a North Platte police investigator.
The ‘No Limits’ youth martial arts program began in 2011.
The program was founded to help youth at-risk of failure by teaching good life skills and values through martial arts. The emphasis is on self-defense.
