At just after 3 a.m. Monday morning, police responded to the 1500 block of West Fourth on a reported disturbance.
The alleged victim, a 43-year-old man, told police that his domestic partner Vicky Winder, 40, threatened him with a large serrated kitchen knife, police spokesman Rodney Brown said.
Officers found the victim outside their home. He told police that Winder threatened to kill him and then herself. Police went inside and found Winder in an agitated state in a downstairs bedroom, and detained her.
Following further investigation, police determined there was probable cause to charge Winder with felony terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and third-degree assault by intimidation.
Winder was arrested and taken to the Lincoln County Jail.
