Moser, 25, was arrested along with Cody Jolliffe for the May 22 theft of a safe containing a large amount of cash as well as other items, including the security cameras from Kohler Trailer Sales and Service in North Platte.

Moser and Jolliffe were nabbed June 1 when they were stopped near North Platte by a Nebraska State Trooper for driving a car with no license plates. Both men were already facing charges for the Ideal Linen Burglary and Justin Wood’s home on Kaneb Road, both of which involved safes and large amounts of cash, but they were out of jail on bonds.

Jolliffe has yet to be sentenced. He is awaiting court dates on more charges, including drug possession.

Moser received two sentences. He was sentenced to 2-6 years for the burglary of Wood’s home south of Lake Maloney, as well as a consecutive sentence of 4–8 years for the burglary of Kohler Trailer sales.

He will serve no less than 6 years and no more than 14 years in the pen, and he gets credit for 111 days he's served in the county jail.

Moser pled no contest to the two burglary charges on July 29 to take advantage of a plea deal from the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office. In the deal, a charge of burglary of Ideal Linen and a charge of possession of methamphetamine were dropped.

After he was first arrested in March, he posted $2,500 bond on March 22 and was released, only to be arrested again a few days after Kohler's was burglarized.
