KETV said the victim told investigators she was touched and had intercourse with Nesslein. She said Nesslein videotaped and took pictures, and persuaded her to watch the images.

Police found computers, cameras, cellphones, an Xbox, magazines, DVDs, videotapes and sex toys in Nessleinís home, KETV reported.

The next day in was in jail, Douglas County Sheriff Tim Dunning said 10 inmates, eight of which were identified, took turns punching Nesslein after they saw that he was charged with sexual assault, KETV reported.
