A 39-year-old North Platte high school graduate now living in Omaha man was arrested Thursday, accused of recording sexual assaults on a young girl. Things went from bad to worse for Bojo Nesslein when he was arrested. A day after he was incarcerated at the Douglas County Jail, 10 inmates assaulted him.
Nesslein suffered redness under his left eye, according to a report by television station KETV in Omaha.
Nesslein is the head referee for mixed martial arts fights in Nebraska.
Citing an investigator’s report, KETV said a 13-year-old girl told investigators that Nesslein has sexually assaulted her since she was nine years old.
KETV said the victim told investigators she was touched and had intercourse with Nesslein. She said Nesslein videotaped and took pictures, and persuaded her to watch the images.
Police found computers, cameras, cellphones, an Xbox, magazines, DVDs, videotapes and sex toys in Nesslein’s home, KETV reported.
The next day in was in jail, Douglas County Sheriff Tim Dunning said 10 inmates, eight of which were identified, took turns punching Nesslein after they saw that he was charged with sexual assault, KETV reported.
One of the attackers is accused of murdering a 16-year-old girl.
