Jolliffe, 29, is now accused of a burglary on May 15 for allegedly breaking into Matthew Bobo’s home at 513 No. Sycamore.

Jolliffe is also charged with possession of methamphetamine on March 18.

The latest charges add to an extensive list of charges that Jolliffe already faces, including stealing a safe as well as other items from Kohler Trailer Sales and Service, plus the safe and contents from Ideal Linen in North Platte and a safe and cash from a home south of North Platte on E. Kanab Road.

And, Jolliffe was also arrested in March in connection with a burglary at the Westfield Plaza car wash. At that time, he was charged with possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia.

Prosecutors have not said why they believe he burglarized Bobo’s home.

The new meth charge is Jolliffe’s only charge of drug possession.

He has been in jail since June 1, held without bond on the burglary charges. His jail record is long, with 20 bookings starting in July 2004.

Bobo, 28, is also in jail, facing charges of attempted robbery, attempted possession of methamphetamine and possession of a defaced firearm.

Bobo was arrested April 11. He allegedly participated in a shooting and botched drug deal on the north side of town.

Bobo and two other men allegedly set out to steal an 8-ball of meth (1/8th of an ounce or 3.5 grams) from Benjamin Newman, 30. Newman showed up at the emergency room of Great Plains Regional Medical Center at 1 a.m. with a gunshot wound in his leg, leading police to round up Bobo and the other suspects -- Britton Renfrow and Ethan Bentley – that night.
