Thursday, July 25

• Sculley’s Shooters (2221 E. Fourth) – adult dance lessons. 7-8 p.m. $5 per person.

• Ft. Cody Trading Post (I-80 & US 83) - Live entertainment by local performers plus Out of the Box and the String Beans. Out of the Box will perform illusions, fire-breathing, juggling, art, and other entertainment from 7-8 p.m. The String Beans from Lincoln will perform from 8-9 p.m. Sonie Kuhlman and Khamron Andrews will open at 6 p.m. with a mix of hip-hop and acoustic rock. $5, kids under 12 free. Food and drink available.

• Lincoln County Historical Museum (2403 N. Buffalo Bill) – Speaker Marla Matkin tells Libbie Custer’s story, the wife of General George A. Custer. 7 p.m. Free admission.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 Rodeo Rd) - County fair continues. Daily attractions include exhibits, live music, video game tournaments, dunk tank, kids ag tent, face painting, wild animal shows and vendors. LCAS Team Sort at Great Western Arena at 7 p.m.


Friday, July 26

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 Rodeo Rd) - County fair continues. Featuring demolition derby at raceway at 7 p.m. Free concert with Nashville Reject at pavilion at 9 p.m. Daily attractions include exhibits, live music, video game tournaments, dunk tank, kids ag tent, face painting, wild animal shows and vendors.


Saturday, July 27

• Lakehouse (Lake Maloney inlet) – Hullabaloo outdoor music featuring six live bands, including the Kris Lager Band on the lake bank. Food, beer, camping. 2 p.m.-1 a.m. Admission $15.

• A to Z Books - 7-10:30 p.m. Open Mic Nite. Established performers and newcomers. Free-will donation. Refreshments provided or bring your own.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 Rodeo Rd) - County fair continues. Featuring country music concert by the Casey Donahew Band at 9 p.m. with Logan Mize and Nashville Reject at 7 p.m. at Great Western Bank Arena. Daily attractions include exhibits, live music, video game tournaments, dunk tank, kids ag tent, face painting, wild animal shows and various vendors.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 Rodeo Rd) - Fair continues with Ranch Rodeo at 3 p.m. Live music, 4H livestock shows. Video game tournaments, dunk tank, kids ag tent, face painting, wild animal shows and various vendors.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 Rodeo Rd) - Fair concludes with sale of 4H livestock.


Tuesday, July 30

• Dowhower Softball Complex (1602 W. 16th) - Movie in the park featuring "A League of Your Own." 9 a.m. Bring your own lawn chair. Free event.


Wednesday, July 31

• Pop Corner (1847 W. A) – Live piano and song by Shermie. 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

• VFW Post 1504 (2100 E. Fourth) – bingo, total of 24 games, starts at 6:45 p.m.

• Senior Center (901 East 10th) - Dance to Phil, Roger and Larry. 7-9:30 p.m. $4. Bring finger food.

• Eagles Club - Live music by the Gary Phipps Show. 7-11 p.m. $5 admission.

• Lincoln County Historical Museum (2403 N. Buffalo Bill) - A "lantern tour" for visitors to watch historical scenes of Fort McPherson, 150 years ago. 8-10:30 p.m. $5 admission. Attendance will be limited.


Sunday, Aug. 18

• Lincoln County Historical Museum (2403 N. Buffalo Bill) – Reenactment of life at Fort McPherson 150 years ago. 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Admission will be charged.

• Maxwell - Maxwell Heritage Days. Various events throughout the day.
