In an extensive ongoing investigation into the May 23 burglary of Kohler's Trailer Sales, Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies believed Harder had property that was stolen from the business.

Harder came to the door of the motel room and was arrested there. She wanted some of her things from the room and when she went to get them, she allowed deputies inside, where they saw drugs (suspected methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia.

They also found Terry A. Houchin, 29, in the room and arrested him.

Houchin is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Harder was charged with possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and possession of stolen property.

So far, in the course of this major investigation into burglaries and drugs in Lincoln County, deputies have seized eight cars, a Harley Davidson and a large amount of money, according to the sheriff's office.

The investigation is continuing.

Additional charges may follow for Harder and Houchin, the sheriff's office said.

Previously, Cody Jolliffe and Jacob Moser were charged Saturday with the burglary. A third man, Ryan Walsh, was charged Monday.

On Thursday, bond was set at $10,000 for both Harder and Houchin.

Houchin also faces previous Lincoln County charges in a March burglary and possession of hashish in January. He was out of jail on bond when he was arrested, awaiting his day in court.

With the arrest, Houchin's previous bonds have been reinstated and his cumulative bonds now total about $50,000, according to sheriff’s records.

Harder had little to say at her arraignment. She asked for a public defender.

Also, deputies arrested Jason E. Sullivan, 29, on Thursday, as part of the investigation. Sullivan is in jail, charged with possession of amphetamine with intent to deliver and theft by receiving stolen property.

His bond is set at $100,000.
