Enrollment ticks higher at St. Pat's Tell North Platte what you think

The North Platte Catholic Schools Board of Education met May 14 for their monthly meeting and toured the campus of the North Platte Catholic Schools to note of any issues or maintenance projects that need to be addressed over the summer. Superintendent Kevin Dodson will prioritize the list and begin making the necessary arrangements.

Dodson updated the board on preliminary enrollment numbers, noting a K-12 increase of 17 students so far. There are approximately 45 students enrolled at Little Leprechaun Preschool. There are spots available for interested preschool families.

The board also discussed the results from the Endowmentís recent feasibility study. Results of the study were positive and the school will likely begin a fundraising campaign this fall for capital improvements.

Upcoming school activities include the State track and golf meets, the X-PLORE summer enrichment program in June, Nebraskaland Days concession sales, and the annual alumni reunion festivities in July.

The next Board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on June 25 in the St. Patís High School library.
