A 12-year-old North Platte girl, Sabrina Perez, was found shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday.

Her older sister told the Bulletin that police found Sabrina around 12:45 a.m. at an undisclosed location.

The case was treated as a runaway, a North Platte Police spokesman said.

Sabrina is apparently okay, her sister said.

Before then, Sabrina was last seen at 3:16 p.m. Thursday afternoon near Madison Middle School.

Her family notified the news media Friday morning that she was missing and asked them to help them find her, prompting numerous postings on websites and facebook.
