The Sandhills Symphony Orchestra have been practicing since Feb. 3 for the concert. The symphony is a non-profit orchestra that exists to promote symphonic orchestral music in south-central Nebraska. Musicians are volunteers who give time and talents so that others may enjoy great live music. For more than 50 years, the orchestra has presented concerts free-of-charge in central, and relied on the donations of generous patrons to make the concerts possible. The symphony is a non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible. Checks can be sent to: Sandhills Symphony, P.O. Box 1972, North Platte, NE 69103.
