Jamey R. Koch, 41, was arrested in the wee hours Monday after police found him inside Gracie May's restaurant on East Philip. The front glass door was shattered and the burglar alarm was sounding when police arrived. Koch was still inside, police information officer Rodney Brown said. Koch was ordered out of the building and arrested without incident, but he had suspected methamphetamine on him at the time, and was thought to be under the influence of the drug, Brown said. In court Monday, Koch pled not guilty and asked for a court appointed attorney. He told County Judge Kent Turnbull that he is an indigent. Turnbull set bond at $25,000.
