The North Platte Community College Lady Knights women’s basketball team (13-14) will play for the Region IX Championship at 7 p.m. Monday in McDonald-Belton Gymnasium in North Platte.

The Lady Knights face the Southeast Community College Lady Storm (19-12).

The winner of Monday’s game moves on to play the Region XIII Champion for the District F Championship for the right to play in the National Tournament.

The Lady Knights have split two games with the Storm this year, defeating them in Beatrice on Dec. 8, 72-68, and falling in North Platte on Feb. 15, 70-60.
