Homes and all kinds of home furnishings will be on display at the Home Sweet Home Show Feb. 15-17 at the Quality Inn and Suites/Sandhills Convention Center near I-80. The show opens at 4 p.m. Feb. 15 and runs all day Saturday and Sunday until 4 p.m. Feb. 17.
Sunday, Feb. 17 • St. Patrick's Church Parish Hall (East 4th & Chestnut) - Breakfast 9 a.m.-noon. All you can eat. $6 adults, $3 children under 10. • Neville Center (301 E. Fifth) – OLIVER! 2 p.m. Tickets: $15 adults; $8 for children and students.
Monday, Feb. 18 • Neville Center (Fifth and Bailey) – Opera performance by international performer George Dyer, featuring a mix of opera and Broadway favorites. 7:30-10 p.m. Membership $50, students $15 and families $100.
Tuesday, Feb. 19 • Children’s Museum (314 N. Jeffers) – Monthly program/craft workshop. 10:30 a.m. Members free, non-members $4. • Applebee’s – Karoke with Rascal. 9-12 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb 20 • Pop Corner (1847 W. A) – Live piano and song by Shermie. 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. • VFW Post 1504 (2100 E. Fourth) – bingo, total of 24 games, starts at 6:45 p.m. • Sculley’s Shooters (2221 E. Fourth) – adult dance lessons. 7-9 p.m. $3 per person. • North Platte Senior Center (900 E. Tenth) – the Golden Classics, a four-piece combo, plays a dance. 7-10 p.m. $3.
