Prom dresses for a causeTell North Platte what you think

The "Dresses for a Cause" prom boutique will be held on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 22-23 at the Platte River Mall, offering new and gently used prom dresses and accessories for $20 and less, organizer Matt Fosket said.

Shoppers will also receive 50 percent off dry cleaning for their dress at Orr’s Dry Cleaning.

The Prom Boutique is organized each year by the Lincoln County Child Abuse Prevention Council. All proceeds go towards providing free "Stewards of Children Sexual Abuse Prevention Training" to adults in the community.

The prom dress boutique will be open from 5:30–7:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Feb. 23.
