Lady Knights fall at Northeast Lady HawksTell North Platte what you think

The North Platte Community College Lady Knights (10-7) womenís basketball team fell Friday 94-46 at the Northeast Lady Hawks in Norfolk.

The win improves the Lady Hawks to 17-2 on the season.

Jordan Dickerson contributed 15 points for the Lady Knights in the losing effort.

The Lady Hawks had 5 players in double figures and were led by Emily Gambleís 15 points.

Lady Knights Coach Thurin pointed to his teamís 27 turnovers compared to the Lady Hawks six turnovers and 19 steals as the difference in the game.

The Lady Knights remain on the road Wednesday Jan. 23 as they travel to Lakewood, Colo. to take on Colorado Christian JV at 5 p.m. CST, a game rescheduled from Jan. 12.

The Lady Knights next home game is Jan. 31 as they face the Eastern Wyoming Lady Lancers at 5:30 p.m.
