A traffic stop on Interstate-80 Tuesday near Lincoln led to the seizure of nearly 27 pounds of marijuana.

Just before 1 p.m., Tuesday, a trooper stopped an eastbound 1993 Jeep for following too close near the Lincoln Airport exit. The trooper was given consent to search the vehicle, which led to the marijuana in a duffle bag and suitcase in the cargo area.

The driver and only occupant of the vehicle was a man, Jude Boda, 38, of Lakemore, Ohio. He as lodged in the Lancaster County Jail on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
