Lady Antebellum's scheduled concert June 21 at Nebraska Days in North Platte has been cancelled because singer Hillary Scott is expecting her first baby. Scott will not be able to travel and perform during the summer, Nebraskaland Days Executive Director David Fudge said. Nebraskaland Days organizers are committed to providing first-class entertainment for the 2013 celebration, and are working as quickly as possible to replace Lady Antebellum. An announcement will be made on the new lineup as soon as possible, Fudge said. In the meantime, tickets sales for the concert have been halted. Patrons are asked to hold their tickets until such time as the new lineup is announced. Refunds will be issued to patrons who do not wish to see the show once the new lineup is announced, Fudge said. Scott and Chris Tyrrell, the drummer of the band, were married in January. They announced the pregnancy, but not the due date, early Monday morning. Fudge asks everyone to hang in for a little while. "We are working as quickly as possible on a replacement," he said.
