This year's concert, called "Immanuel," promises to be a heavenly show, organizers say.

The holiday extravaganza features different musical arrangements, variety, spectacular costumes and the Christmas message.

This year's theme carol "O Come, O Come, Immanuel" will set the tone of the night. Line will also perform music from the Orient, French counterpoint and classic pieces from The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky. Fans should plan to bring their bells as they will be invited to ring along.

Classically trained since age 5, Line has been touring for 23 years. Her unique grass roots story has been featured in magazines and news publications across the country.

She has hosted three PBS specials and sold 6 million albums. Known for her compositions and unique arrangements, Line has published 38 books of music that are distributed all over the world.

This year Line is traveling with her "Fab Five," including national award-winning drummer (21-year old) Jean-Pierre Bouvet, America's Got Talent bassist Josh Fink, Chase Hardin on guitar, Derek Bromme on trombone, and newcomer 18-year old Clair Elrod on the violin.

The family show is two hours long and is appropriate for children ages four and up.

Line will be live on stage at the NPCP, one night only, Monday Dec. 10.

The performance will start at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $50 each.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.northplattecommunityplayhouse.com or at the door prior to the performance. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
