With the return of President Obama to the White House, cynics fear the national debt will quickly soar and the country will sink into the quagmire of socialism.

Obama supporters say he will keep the country from being owned and controlled by relatively few super-wealthy companies and individuals.

They hope manufacturing will return to the U.S., the economy will steadily recover and the middle class will make, and spend, more.
