Gov. Dave Heineman has endorsed Marc Kaschke for Mayor of North Platte, citing fiscal conservatism. "Marc Kaschke has made cutting taxes for North Platte residents one of his top priorities," Heineman said. "And, he worked with me to protect North Platte taxpayers from higher taxes out of Lincoln. I'm proud to endorse Marc because he's a proven tax cutter, an experienced job-creator and an outstanding Mayor North Platte can be proud of." Kaschke repaid Heineman's compliments. "I'm honored to be endorsed by Gov. Heineman," Marc said. "He's brought national attention to our state through his dedication to lowering taxes and creating jobs. I'm proud to work with him on the important issues facing our state."
