At around 5 p.m., several motorists on Interstate 80 called the State Patrol's Troop D Headquarters in North Platte, complaining of an eastbound white Toyota Sport Utility vehicle weaving all over the road at erratic speeds.

A short time later, troopers stopped the car three miles west of the Brady interchange. Wiggin was the driver. His blood alcohol content tested at 0.453, nearly six times the legal limit, State Patrol spokeswoman Deb Collins said.

Wiggins was taken to the Lincoln County Jail.

Actually this kid probably has a level of alcohol in his system all the time. Was trying to get back home to Maine from his guide job in Colorado. Nice kid, good carpenter, bad choices and obviously hooked on alcohol. Glad they got him off the roads. Now he needs some serious treatment and to learn lesson, no driving for long time. Will it work? Time will tell.
