Andrew R. Wiggin, 27, of Maine was arrested Thursay by Nebraska State Troopers for driving while extremely intoxicated and under a suspended license. At around 5 p.m., several motorists on Interstate 80 called the State Patrol's Troop D Headquarters in North Platte, complaining of an eastbound white Toyota Sport Utility vehicle weaving all over the road at erratic speeds. A short time later, troopers stopped the car three miles west of the Brady interchange. Wiggin was the driver. His blood alcohol content tested at 0.453, nearly six times the legal limit, State Patrol spokeswoman Deb Collins said. Wiggins was taken to the Lincoln County Jail.
