The next LincUP meeting will be held at 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27 in the student lounge on the North Campus of the North Platte Community College.

Dan Guenthner, Lincoln County Emergency Management Director, will lead the group in a Mass Incident Tabletop Drill.

Also, there will be a Union Pacific update from Craig Johnson, the Director of Chemical Transportation Safety at UPRR Omaha.

The meeting is open to the public. A public comment period will be held from 5:15-5:25 p.m.

LincUP (Lincoln County - UPRR Community Advisory Panel) is a volunteer panel of community members and railroad representatives, which meets monthly to explore health, safety and environmental issues involving the railroad.
