Just before 8 p.m., a Nebraska State Patrol trooper stopped an eastbound 2004 Ford Crown Victoria for speeding near the Odessa Exit, NSP spokeswoman Deb Collins said. The trooper smelled marijuana. A search led to seizure of 15.8 pounds of marijuana packaged in plastic bags in a box in the trunk.

The driver, Donnovan E. Woodberry, 21, of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., and passenger Justin P. Hicks, 18, of Niceville, Fla., were both lodged in the Buffalo County Jail. Each man faces a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, Collins said.

Seriously? Think about it, if you are transporting drugs, don't speed. Just obey the traffic laws and you won't get caught.
