Football conditioning starts Monday for the North Platte High School Bulldogs, the first of the fall sports to get started.
Football conditioning lasts from 6-7 p.m. through Friday, Aug 3. Practices begin at 8 a.m. Aug. 6. for varsity, junior varsity and sophomores.
Softball tryouts are at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Aug. 6 at the Dowhower softball complex.
Girls golf starts at 4 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Iron Eagle Golf Course.
Boys tennis begins at 4 p.m. Aug. 6 at Cody Park.
Boys and Girls cross country conditioning is from 7-8 a.m. Aug. 7-10.
Volleyball practice begins at 6 a.m. Aug. 13.
Any student who wants to gry out must have a blue slip from the high school activities office, which indicates a current physical, a signed student code of conduct agreement, transportation consent and student/parent consent forms are on file. Also, particpants must buy a $30 activities card and pay any outstanding fines.
