Planning for the annual Catholic GREEN fundraiser is underway, organizers say. The fundraiser will be held Saturday, Oct. 6. The committee is collecting auction items for both the silent and live auctions. Please let the Catholic Schools Endowment office know of any new items to donate, cash to underwrite items & prizes, or ideas for the auctions. Some big things are in store for the 10th GREEN, organizer Wendy Dodson said, including a round of Irish Heads or Tails, a Lucky Lotto drawing for $10,000 and $1,000 CASH, a Husker pool and a chance to go home with a wagon stocked full of “Irish Spirit." The fundraiser supports upcoming projects at the Catholic schools.
