Deanna Rae Fischer of Hershey was charged Wednesday with another count of sexual assault. Fischer, 39, was first charged in April 2011 for alleged crimes that occurred more than six years earlier. She has been arrested for child abuse and this is her second arrest for sexual assault of a child, according to sheriff’s records. The latest charge comes after an interview with an alleged victim, who said Fischer grabbed and fondled him while wrestling, a sheriff’s spokesman said. Fischer turned herself in Wednesday to the Lincoln County Sheriff. A new $25,000 bond was set to run concurrently with her prior bonds. After posting an additional $2,500, Fischer is free, but she faces multiple charges. Investigators once said Fischer was complicit in and took photographs of sexual assaults of children perpetrated by her husband Daniel in their home. Daniel, who helped with youth ministry at a church, took his own life after he was charged. The initial charges against Deanna were later dismissed without prejudice when one of the victim's families was unwilling to cooperate with prosecutors. Prosecutors reserved the right to press the charges again if more evidence came forward.
