| North Platte artist wins award in Alliance |  |

North Platte artist, Karen Kramer, recently presented her painting “Realm of Dreams” for the juried 19th annual anniversary show at the Carnegie Arts Center in Alliance. Kramer’s painting of a native America scene and an accompanying descriptive poem won the Garwood Award and will be part of the Western Express show and exhibition July 3-15 at the Carnegie Arts Center in Alliance.
