Three Indiana residents were arrested Sunday on I-80 near Hershey on crack cocaine charges. A Nebraska State Trooper pulled their car over at 7:25 p.m. for speeding at nearly 100 miles an hour. The driver, Raymond Steele, 46 of Cedar Lake, Ind., refused to submit to a drug and alcohol evaluation. He was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to testing and possession of cocaine. His two passengers, Kenneth Hyde, 50, and Melissa Butler, 30, of Griffith, Ind. were charged with possession of crack cocaine in glass pipes they carried. At the jail, Butler was found to be hiding two more glass pipes in a body cavity, according to the NSP.
