A 25-hour Driver’s Education Course, designed to prepare drivers for licensure by awarding a written drive test waiver upon satisfactory completion, has been scheduled by North Platte Community College.

The class includes 20 hours of in-class instruction and five hours of driving experience. Interested individuals must have their Nebraska Learner’s Permit and be 14 or older to take the classes.

Classes will meet on from 8 a.m. to noon July 23-27 at the North Campus of the college. Driving sessions will be separate from class times. Students must attend all sessions in order to get the written drive test waiver.
