Jenny Green of Grand Island Central Catholic, who also vaulted for Coach Gary Pepin and the Huskers, holds the current state record in the event for girls at 13-3, which was set in 2003.

The other winner for the North Platte girls was Sack. The senior won the shot put with a throw of 39-feet.

For the boys' team, Trevor Schramm was the lone winner taking the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.05 seconds.
