Decorators needed for 51st annual Easter egg huntTell North Platte what you think

On Thursday, April 1, the community is invited to help decorate more than 12,000 Easter eggs.

The VFW, the VFW Auxiliary and NebraskaLand National Bank are spearheading the big fun project, which has been held for 50 years. The decorating will begin at 7 p.m. at VFW Post 1504, 2100 E. 4th.

The annual Easter egg hunt will be held Saturday, April 3 at Cody Park. The search for prizes and eggs will begin at 2 p.m.

Kids up to nine years old are invited to join the hunt and celebrate Easter with the community.
